A delegation led by the President of the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Turkey, Metin Yıldırım, visited the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the visit, the parties exchanged views on modern mechanisms for training, retraining, and advanced training of personnel for the prosecutor's office and investigative bodies, the introduction of advanced pedagogical approaches and digital technologies into the legal education system, and the integration of education, science, and law enforcement practice.
The guests were introduced to the practice-oriented educational processes carried out at the Academy, scientific and practical developments in the field of digital forensics, the activities of the Virtual Anti-Corruption Academy, as well as modern forensic testing grounds, special laboratories, simulation halls of court proceedings and other special educational facilities.
The Turkish side specifically noted the innovative approaches implemented at the Academy, the digital forensic infrastructure, the modern educational environment, and the potential of highly qualified personnel.
During the meeting, prospects for exchanging experience in training personnel for the law enforcement sector, implementing joint educational and scientific projects, and expanding institutional cooperation were discussed.
Following the negotiations, the parties confirmed their interest in further strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the field of legal education and professional training.
