THE AIM OF THE DEPARTMENT

The aim of the department is to prepare personnel for future official activities in the direction of inquiry and investigative activities for law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the formation and development of their knowledge, skills and qualifications in terms of professional and psychological training, as well as professional psychological selection of candidates for the prosecutor's office and psychological support for the activities of the prosecutor's office.

The department conducts the following modules:

"Psychology of prosecutorial activity"

"Prosecutorial communication and conflictology"

"Psychology of the human rights protection system"

Sattarov Erkinbay
		Professor of the Department of Professional Psychology and Management, Doctor of Psychological Sciences (DsC), Counsel of Justice. Defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Socio-psychological improvement of the system of work with the personnel reserve of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan". Mahmudov Ibragimjon Ismailovich
		Associate Professor of the Department of Professional Psychology and Management, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychological Sciences, Counsel of Justice. Defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Legal Sciences (PhD) on the topic: "Psychological technologies for improving managerial professionalism". Karimov Jasur Bakhriddin ogli
		Senior lecturer of the Department of Professional Psychology and Management, lawyer of the 1st category. Conducts dissertation work for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Legal Sciences (PhD) on the topic: "Psychological characteristics of employees of operational divisions of the Department of Internal Affairs".
