At the Law Enforcement Academy, a competition titled “Attention to Language – Attention to the Nation” was organized with the aim of ensuring the correct and full use of the state language in the activities of the prosecutor’s office, increasing the prestige of the state language, enhancing the speech culture of employees, and developing practical skills in conducting official work in the state language.

The competition was organized in three categories: systematic analytical work, literacy, and poetry. More than 100 employees participated in the regional selection stage, and the winners of the first place advanced to the final round.

Based on the results of the final round, the winners of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in all categories were awarded cash prizes and diplomas. In addition, the winners and nominees received honorary titles, certificates, gifts, or other forms of recognition.

The competition commissions at both the regional and final stages included philologists, writers, poets, and literary critics.

In the first stage of the systematic analytical work competition, all authors who took first place advanced to an oral interview in the final round. In this stage, analytical works were evaluated based on adherence to laws regarding the state language, effective methods of public oversight, solutions to issues related to the use of the state language, and suggestions for increasing the prestige of the language.

Following the oral interviews, the winners of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in the systematic analytical work competition were determined, along with the winners of special nominations, including “Best Systematic Analysis,” “Traditional Situation with Non-Traditional Solutions,” and “Best Procedural Document.”

In the literacy competition, the winners of the first stage were determined based on their responses to test questions regarding the norms of the Uzbek literary language and the Latin alphabet. In the final round, participants wrote essays on relevant topics and classical literature, resulting in the determination of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, as well as the recipient of the “Best Penmanship” nomination.

In the poetry competition, participants in the first stage presented poems on the topics of "Homeland," "Uzbek Language," and "Profession." In the final stage, participants read aloud poems presented by the jury and analyzed them. As a result, the winners of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in the poetry competition were determined, along with the recipient of the "Most Expressive Poetic Presentation" nomination.
