Under the leadership of the First Deputy Head of the Academy, E.V. Kolenko, a working group continues to conduct mobile training and practical sessions across regions. These sessions focus on enhancing the effectiveness of monitoring the implementation of legislation related to energy efficiency, preventing everyday corruption, curbing crime, and combating cybercrime.
The latest mobile training and practical sessions were organized at the Tashkent Regional Prosecutor’s Office and the Regional Main Department of Internal Affairs.
In particular, at the regional prosecutor’s office, a training seminar was held on the topic "Prosecutorial Supervision over the Implementation of Legislation on the Use and Consumption of Energy Resources". The event was attended by the office’s leadership and staff, district (city) prosecutors, and their assistants responsible for the relevant field.
During the training, normative documents and sectoral orders related to prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of legislation on the use and consumption of energy resources were reviewed. Key issues that need attention during supervisory activities were also explained.
The training sessions continued at the Tashkent Regional Main Department of Internal Affairs and involved prosecutors and investigators responsible for supervising and conducting investigations, including district prosecutors, their deputies, and investigative units from both the prosecutor’s office and internal affairs bodies.
Participants were provided with a detailed explanation of the content and significance of Presidential Decree No. 153 dated April 30, 2025, "On Measures to Further Strengthen Activities to Combat Crimes Committed Using Information Technologies". A session was conducted on the topic "The State of Crimes Committed Using Information Technologies, Practical Issues, and Improving the Efficiency of Detection and Investigation of Such Crimes".
During the event, the essence of the latest presidential decree was thoroughly explained. Capabilities of the Academy’s Digital Forensics Research Institute were introduced, and participants were informed about the types of expert examinations that may be conducted to detect and investigate cybercrimes for investigators and supervising prosecutors. The Academy also presented its methodological manual titled “The Investigator’s Pocketbook for Handling Criminal Cases in the Field of Information Technologies".
Another session focused on the topic "Preventing and Combating Corruption, Including Eliminating Everyday Corruption", during which participants were given a detailed explanation of current offenses and crimes related to petty corruption in daily life and effective methods for their prevention.
As part of the series of events, another training was conducted on "Creating a Safe Environment in Neighborhoods and Improving the Effectiveness of the System for Early Prevention of Offenses". Practical examples were used to explain the shortcomings in the implementation of daily and other scheduled crime prevention activities, along with guidance on eliminating these issues and organizing the work more effectively.
The Academy continues to conduct training and practical sessions on these pressing topics.
