To summarize the results of its activities for the first half of 2025 and identify priority tasks for the future, another meeting of the Council of the Law Enforcement Academy was held.
The meeting thoroughly analyzed the Academy's work in training, retraining, and professional development of personnel, as well as scientific, methodological, and psychological support for operations, and improving the effectiveness of the educational process. Additionally, specific measures were outlined to fulfill the tasks set for the second half of 2025.
During the meeting, the Council decided to expel 24 independent researchers for violating the Academy's charter requirements by failing to complete their research work within the established deadlines.
The meeting also discussed textbooks, monographs, and research papers prepared by the Academy's faculty, core doctoral students, and independent researchers, with relevant decisions made regarding their approval for publication. In particular, the draft Regulations for the editorial board of the international scientific-practical journal "Digital Forensics" were approved.
Other agenda items included recommending undergraduate students as candidates for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan's state scholarship and other named state scholarships, as well as hearing reports from Academy staff who completed internships in prosecutor's office departments.
Additionally, practical research projects planned for implementation at the Academy in the future were reviewed. Appropriate decisions were also made on other agenda items.
