Digital forensics in action: a special training course was held for investigators of the prosecutor's office.

A training course on the topic "Methods of Using Digital Technologies" was held for investigators of the prosecutor's office at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of this training course, investigators of the prosecutor's office improved their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in working with electronic data in the process of investigating crimes, including their identification, collection, inspection, consolidation, and ensuring their acceptability as digital evidence.

Also, within the framework of the program, practical classes were organized on the implementation of online investigations based on information obtained from open sources (OSINT), the use of modern technologies, the effective use of the capabilities of digital forensics, and the collection of cross-border digital evidence. This will serve to bring the professional skills of investigators to a new level.

This training course is a consistent practical expression of the priority tasks defined by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the digital transformation of the activities of state bodies, the widespread introduction of modern information technologies into law enforcement practice, and the training of practice-oriented personnel. Such initiatives will contribute to the phased implementation of the "digital prosecutor's office" concept, improving the quality of investigations, and ensuring the effectiveness of the fight against crime.
