"TASHKENT CYBERLEX-2026": the digital future of legal science and education at the center of discussion

The first parallel session, organized within the framework of the international scientific and practical forum "TASHKENT CYBERLEX - 2026," was dedicated to the prospects for the development of legal science, legal education, and law enforcement practice under conditions of digital transformation.

The session titled "Innovations in Legal Science and Education: Cyber Law, Digital Forensics, and Artificial Intelligence" became a prestigious international expert platform aimed at discussing new challenges facing legal science and education in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies.

The discussion focused on topical issues such as cyber law, digital forensics, artificial intelligence, digital evidence, combating cybercrime, modernizing legal education, and training a new generation of scientific and pedagogical personnel for law enforcement agencies.

The session was attended by the Rector of the University of the Prosecutor's Office under the Supreme People's Prosecutor's Office of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Van Khoat, Chibel Ron, a representative of the Forensic Science Division and the Digital Evidence Laboratory of the Israeli Police, Lienn Alarid, a professor at the El Paso branch of the University of Texas, USA, Koyama Tikhiro, Senior Prosecutor of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office of Japan, Kim Dong-hyun, an expert from the Republic of Korea, and representatives of national scientific and educational institutions.

Representatives of leading scientific and educational institutions of Uzbekistan also put forward important proposals and approaches regarding the digital transformation of legal education, the use of artificial intelligence in law enforcement and judicial practice, virtual educational ecosystems, and the digital development strategy of legal science.

It was noted that digital transformation requires not only new technologies for legal science and the education system, but also completely new models of legal thinking, research methodology, and personnel training.

The first parallel session, as one of the most substantive and strategically important scientific platforms of the "TASHKENT CYBERLEX-2026" forum, brought together ideas, scientific approaches, and practical proposals aimed at updating legal science, education, and practice in accordance with the requirements of the digital age.
