The dissertation, entitled "Improving the Organizational and Legal Framework for Anti-Corruption Monitoring in the Republic of Uzbekistan," focuses on improving the institutional, organizational, legal, methodological, and digital foundations of anti-corruption monitoring. The study also examines the systematic assessment of the state and dynamics of corruption, corruption-generating factors, corruption risks, and the effectiveness of anti-corruption policy.
During the seminar, participants comprehensively discussed the relevance of the dissertation, its scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance, the reliability of the research findings, the scientific and theoretical conclusions developed by the researcher, as well as the proposals and recommendations aimed at improving legislation and law enforcement practice. The participants also shared their comments and recommendations regarding the dissertation.
Following the seminar, the dissertation received a positive evaluation, and it was decided to recommend the candidate for the dissertation defense for the award of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Law.
