ADMISSION PROCEDURES FOR BACHELOR'S DEGREE PROGRAMS
ADMISSION TO THE “INVESTIGATIVE ACTIVITIES” PROGRAM (60420300)
General Requirements
Applicants must:
Have completed general secondary education (based on Grade 11) or secondary specialized/vocational professional education;
Be medically fit to perform the duties of an employee or military servicemember;
Be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Selection Stages
First Stage
The selection process is conducted separately for:
Militarized structures:
State Security Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, National Guard, Customs Committee, Military Prosecutor’s Office
Non-militarized organizations:
Prosecutor’s Office bodies, including:
Department for Combating Economic Crimes
Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement
Registration for Participation
Registration platform:
Applications must be submitted online through the special electronic platform of the Agency for Knowledge and Skills Assessment: uz.bmb.uz
Registration period:
February 1 – March 1
Place for Submission of Documents
For the militarized specialization:
Territorial internal affairs bodies.
For the non-militarized specialization:
Territorial prosecutor's offices.
Preliminary Selection Period
March 1 – May 20
Required Documents
Applicants must submit:
Copy of an identity document (passport or ID card);
Copy of birth certificate; if the birth certificate has been replaced or if the surname, first name, patronymic, or other personal data have been changed, a certificate issued by the Civil Registry Office;
Copies of passports of close relatives, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, and death certificates of relatives;
Curriculum vitae written both by hand and on a computer;
Application form (questionnaire);
Copy of military registration certificate or military ID (if available);
Six photographs measuring 3×4 cm (without headwear);
Two photographs measuring 9×12 cm (without headwear).
When submitting documents, applicants must personally present the originals of:
Passport or ID card;
Birth certificate;
Military registration certificate or military ID card.
Special Requirements
For Militarized Structures
Applicants must:
Be at least 17 years old and not older than 25 years (or not older than 26 years for those who completed compulsory military service or service in the Mobilization Reserve);
Have a minimum height of:
165 cm for males;
160 cm for females;
Be declared fit for service by a military medical commission.
The above special requirements do not apply to candidates admitted to non-militarized structures.
Second Stage
Types of Examinations
Special Psychological Assessment;
Written Examination.
Examination Period
June
Examination Fee
All applicants must pay a fee equal to one-half of the Basic Calculation Amount (BCA) to participate in the Special Psychological Assessment and Written Examination.
Special Psychological Assessment
50 test questions;
Time allocated: 40 minutes (including completion of the answer sheet);
Each correct answer is worth 2 points;
Results are assessed on a scale from 0 to 100 points;
Maximum score: 100 points.
Results of the Special Psychological Assessment are not subject to appeal.
Written Examination
The written examination is administered by the Agency in the form of a dictation.
Dictation text length: 160–170 words.
Assessment criteria:
Maximum score: 100 points;
A dictation with no spelling or punctuation errors receives 100 points;
Four points are deducted for each spelling or punctuation error.
Appeals
Appeal applications are accepted within 24 hours after the announcement of examination results and are reviewed by the Appeals Commission within one to three days, depending on the number of applications received.
Third Stage
Period
July – August
Applicants are allowed to participate in the competition for up to five academic programs at state higher education institutions whose subject combinations and assessment criteria correspond to those required for admission to the Academy’s “Investigative Activities” program.
Test Fee
Applicants who graduated from educational institutions in years preceding the current admission year must pay a fee equal to one-half of the Basic Calculation Amount.

Scoring:
Legal Studies: 3.1 points per question, maximum 93 points;
Foreign Language: 2.1 points per question, maximum 63 points.

Native Language (Uzbek, Russian, Karakalpak, or other languages)
Mathematics
History of Uzbekistan
10 questions per subject;
Total: 30 questions;
Time allocated: 60 minutes.
Scoring:
1.1 points per question;
Maximum score: 33 points.
Maximum Score
For all five subjects combined:
189 points
No additional privileges established by legislation for admission to state higher education institutions are applied.
Admission is based on the combined results of:
Special Psychological Assessment;
Written Examination;
Entrance Test.

ADMISSION TO THE “JURISPRUDENCE (PROSECUTORIAL ACTIVITIES)” PROGRAM (60420100)
Full-Time Study
General Requirements
Applicants who have completed general secondary education (Grade 11) or secondary specialized/vocational professional education are eligible.
