Prosecutorial Activity is a master’s degree program aimed at training highly qualified specialists in the field of prosecutorial supervision over the precise and uniform enforcement of laws, protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, as well as the legally protected interests of society and the state, and participation of prosecutors in court proceedings.

The content of the educational program is aimed at the comprehensive development of students’ professional, analytical, and research competencies

Graduates of the program are qualified to pursue careers in prosecutorial bodies, the judiciary, and law enforcement agencies, as well as to engage in scientific research and expert-analytical activities in the field of ensuring legality.

The program develops the following knowledge and competencies:

organization and implementation of prosecutorial supervision over the enforcement of laws;

participation of prosecutors in judicial proceedings;

analysis, interpretation, and application of criminal, administrative, and other legislation;

identification of causes and conditions contributing to offenses and development of measures to eliminate them;

preparation of procedural and other legal documents;

conducting scientific research in the field of prosecutorial activity and law enforcement practice;

development of proposals for improving legislation and legal practice.

 

During their studies, students actively participate in research activities, prepare academic publications, and complete internships in prosecutorial bodies and other public institutions.
