Applicants for admission to the Master’s program of the Law Enforcement Academy register on a special electronic platform of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter — the Agency) and submit the required documents through the Academy’s dedicated electronic platform.
To apply for the Master’s program, candidates must provide the following documents:
a copy of an identity document (passport or ID card);
a higher education diploma (with transcript) or an extract from the diploma (for graduates who studied on a state grant at higher education institutions of Uzbekistan);
for external candidates — an electronic copy of a national or international certificate confirming foreign language proficiency at B2 level or higher (for internal candidates — if available);
for employees of authorized state bodies — a recommendation and an official reference signed by the candidate’s immediate supervisor.
I. Specialization «Investigative Activity»
Application period: annually from May 10 to June 10 (inclusive).
Eligible applicants (on a competitive basis):
graduates of the Academy’s Bachelor’s program in “Investigative activity”;
current employees (including military personnel) of authorized state bodies and the Prosecutor’s Office with a higher legal education in “Jurisprudence” and at least 3 years of service experience.
For employees admitted to full-time study, their position and average salary are retained during the study period.
Admission stages (3 stages):
Special psychological assessment (testing);
Written exam;
Foreign language test.
Exam requirements:
a) Psychological assessment:
evaluation of intellectual potential;
assessment of logical thinking, reaction speed, and analytical abilities.
b) Specialized subjects:
assessment of analytical thinking and ability to work with legal sources;
compliance with curriculum and regulatory legal documents;
reflection of reform goals and objectives;
clarity and precision of expression;
unambiguous terminology;
compliance with formal legal language standards.
c) Foreign language:
comprehension of texts and terminology;
compliance with B2 level;
adherence to grammar and spelling rules.
Applicants with valid certificates are exempt from the foreign language exam and receive the maximum score.
II. Specialization: «Legal Support of Cybersecurity»
Application period: annually from June 10 to July 31 (inclusive).
Eligible applicants:
individuals with a higher legal education (external candidates);
employees of the Prosecutor’s Office (reserve personnel) with legal or other higher education and at least 5 years of experience (internal candidates);
employees of other authorized state bodies with legal education.
Selection criteria:
For external candidates:
GPA (average diploma score);
foreign language certificate;
results of an IT and informatics test.
Applicants with international IT certificates are exempt from the IT test and receive the maximum score.
For government employees:
foreign language score (certificate or test);
IT test results;
GPA.
Admitted candidates retain their salary based on their last position.

III. Specializations:
“Anti-Corruption”
“International Human Rights Law”
“Prosecutorial Activity” (full-time, evening, distance learning)
Application period: annually from June 10 to July 31 (inclusive).
Eligible applicants:
individuals with legal education (external candidates);
employees of the Prosecutor’s Office (reserve personnel), as well as employees with other higher education and at least 5 years of experience (internal candidates);
employees of other state bodies with legal education.
Selection process:
For external candidates (no additional exams):
GPA (average diploma score);
foreign language certificate.
For government employees:
foreign language score (certificate or test);
GPA.
The competition is held once a year, usually in August, in the language of instruction.
