The defense of the PhD dissertation in legal sciences by Akmaljon Yulchiboevich Abdullayev, titled “Improving the Investigation of Crimes Related to Knowingly Giving False Testimony by a Witness or Victim”, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Legal Sciences under the specialty 12.00.09 – Criminal Procedure.
