First-year cadets of the University of Public Safety strengthened their knowledge of submachine guns during a joint practical lesson held at the Law Enforcement Academy. The session, conducted as part of the “Firearms Training” course, was organised on a parity basis through cooperation between the two educational institutions.

The lesson covered the classification and tactical and technical characteristics of submachine guns, rules of firing and safety requirements. The session was conducted with the participation of an Academy instructor.

The joint lesson was held as part of the implementation of Resolution No. PQ–302 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 26 August 2026. It aimed to develop the cadets’ professional and combat readiness and strengthen cooperation between the educational institutions.
