Legal division

The legal divisionof the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-257 “On the introduction of a qualitatively new system for training qualified personnel in the field of crime investigation” dated November 28, 2022.

The main tasks of the department are:

legal support for the activities of the Academy and the provision of high-quality and qualified legal assistance;

ensuring timely, comprehensive and effective protection of property and other rights, as well as the legitimate interests of the Academy;

assistance in eliminating corruption factors in draft documents adopted by the Academy.

M.B.Dustkoriev is a co-author of an elective course for employees of the prosecutor's office on the topic: "Corporate work in the state language in the prosecutor's office and organization of supervision over the implementation of the law" On the state language ".

Also developed and published educational and practical manuals "Corporate work in the state language", "Relationships of the prosecutor's office with the public and the media", monographs "Procedural features of the participation of persons contributing to the administration of justice in civil proceedings", as well as in co-authorship prepared educational and methodological manual "Prosecutor's supervision over the implementation of legislation in the field of ecology and environmental protection", "Organization of prosecutor's supervision over the implementation of legislation on minors", training manual "Prosecution authorities in the USA and Uzbekistan".

Participant in a number of national and international events and projects organized on topical issues of law, including research within the framework of the joint international project “Law in Central Asia: legal cultures and business environment in Central Asia”.

He has also successfully completed a number of national and international training courses and programs in areas such as crime prevention, anti-corruption, project management and adult education.
