Methodological materials on resolving issues related to conflicts of interest have been prepared

The Law Enforcement Academy, together with the Ministry of Justice and the Anti-Corruption Agency, has developed methodological materials to convey the essence and significance of the Law "On Conflict of Interest" to employees of government bodies and organizations. These materials cover key issues related to the regulation of conflicts of interest.

Specifically, a guidebook on conflict of interest situations in public service and measures for their resolution, methodological recommendations for managing conflicts of interest, as well as illustrative handouts have been developed. The materials have been distributed to employees of government bodies and organizations electronically for use in their activities.
