Admission to the Joint Educational Program of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno (Republic of Belarus)


The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the educational institution "Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno" (YKSUG), has launched a joint bachelor’s degree program: in the specialty 6-05-0421-01 “Jurisprudence” on the part of YKSUG and in the specialty 60420100 – “Law” on the part of the Law Enforcement Academy.

The duration of the joint educational program is 4 years:

·         Semesters 1–4 (2 academic years): studies at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno;

·         Semesters 5–8: studies at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The program is conducted in full-time format, in Russian, on a tuition fee (contract) basis.

Admission of applicants is organized in two stages:

·         First stage — an entrance examination in the form of an oral interview, conducted by the Subject Examination Commission composed of representatives from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno;

·         Second stage — a Russian language entrance examination, conducted within the timeframe agreed with the Agency for Knowledge and Qualifications Assessment under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Conditions:

·         At the first stage, applicants who score at least 30% of the maximum possible score are admitted to the second stage.

·         At the second stage, applicants who score at least 30% of the maximum possible score on the Russian language exam gain the right to participate in the competition for the joint program and, based on the admission parameters, are enrolled in the program.

·         Applicants holding a national certificate in Russian at level B1 or higher are exempt from the Russian language exam at the second stage and automatically receive the maximum score for this stage.

By September 3, 2025 (inclusive), candidates must register on the Academy’s special online platform https://bachelor.proacademy.uz/ and upload the following documents:

·        A certificate of general secondary education, indicating the studied subjects and the grades (scores) obtained (depending on the type of education received), or a diploma of secondary specialized or vocational education.

·        A copy of the passport or ID card.

·        A certificate confirming absence of HIV infection, issued by an authorized healthcare body.

·        Six photographs (3 x 4 cm).

For documents issued in Uzbek, a notarized translation into Russian must be attached.
