A working meeting with representatives of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation was held at the Academy.

A meeting was held at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with representatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

The parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the most important areas of law enforcement. In particular, the possibilities of interaction in the field of combating cybercrime, taking measures against international terrorism, and developing modern technologies of digital forensics were considered.

The American delegation familiarized themselves with the organizational structure and main areas of activity of the Academy, as well as with the activities of special units, a forensic training ground, and a modern cyber laboratory equipped with advanced equipment for the study of digital evidence.

The participants of the meeting discussed the implementation of joint projects in the field of training law enforcement personnel and the exchange of professional experience. The importance of strengthening long-term cooperation was emphasized, and priority areas for further interaction in the field of combating cross-border crime and improving the skills of law enforcement officers were identified.
