Advanced training of customs inquiry officers

At the Law Enforcement Academy, the traditional part of the next professional development course for customs investigators on the topic "Issues of Organization and Implementation of Inquiry in Customs Authorities" has begun.

The course program covers the specifics of investigating crimes related to violations of customs legislation, the appointment and conduct of an audit, the organization of the use of the results of operational-search activities in criminal proceedings, the methodology for investigating smuggling crimes, the main crimes committed on hidden (Darknet) and deep networks of the Internet, problems in the implementation of pre-investigation checks by customs authorities, and other issues.

The advanced training course is aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of students regarding the essence of the latest amendments and additions to the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, crimes in the sphere of foreign economic activity, the practical use of the possibilities of collecting evidence from open databases and resources (OSINT), the socio-economic and legal foundations of combating crime and crime prevention.
