Employees of the Law Enforcement Academy took part in the event "New Uzbekistan and Human Rights," organized at the Tashkent University of Applied Sciences in connection with the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the event, participants were provided with detailed information on human rights, which are defined as a special priority area in the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy. The speakers emphasized the importance of reforms aimed at strengthening constitutional guarantees, developing democratic institutions, and raising legal culture in society.
During the discussions, national mechanisms for protecting human rights, initiatives aimed at forming legal awareness among young people, as well as proposals and recommendations for improving state policy in this area were considered.
The event serves to expand the legal worldview of students, strengthen civic responsibility, and form a spirit of respect for the values of the Constitution.
