At the regular meeting of the Scientific Council under the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an independent researcher of the Academy, Gayrat Nabiev, delivered a report titled 12.00.09 - "Criminal Proceedings. Criminalistics, Operational-Search Law, and Forensic Expertise" on the topic "Issues of Improving the Criminal Procedure Activities of an Expert."
Within the framework of the study, theoretical approaches and practical recommendations regarding the criminal procedural activities of the expert were developed.
According to the decision of the academic council, the researcher was deemed worthy of receiving the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in legal sciences.
