At present, there is a need to engage a specialist on a temporary basis in the Department of Ensuring Prosecutorial Powers in Courts and Enforcement Proceedings of the Academy in the field of enhancing scientific and pedagogical capacity related to the application of economic law. If the documents submitted by the specialist are approved, a bilateral civil law contract will be signed between the specialist and the Academy.

Duties of the specialist:

the specialist in the field of scientific and educational support shall perform the following duties:

conduct a high-quality analysis of curricula, programs and educational and methodological complexes for the modules assigned to the department, and provide proposals for their improvement;

study and analyze new educational and methodological complexes for modules related to the subject of the department that will be developed in the future, and provide proposals for their improvement;

provide methodological recommendations for the development of a database of case studies, logical and test questions, as well as practical assignments within the modules;

provide methodological recommendations on the preparation of electronic educational materials related to the subjects of the modules assigned to the department;

provide methodological recommendations on the analysis of educational and methodological materials and the introduction of modern pedagogical technologies;

study students’ opinions regarding the lessons conducted within the modules and, based on the results, provide proposals for the educational modules;

analyze the teaching processes and provide recommendations to the professors and teachers of the relevant department on the introduction of modern pedagogical technologies.

Requirements for candidates:

To have a higher education degree at the bachelor’s level in the field of Jurisprudence;

To have the ability to freely conduct lectures, seminars and other educational sessions in Uzbek and Russian;

To have sufficient theoretical and practical knowledge in the relevant field of study;

To have the professional, organizational, communicative and analytical abilities necessary to carry out pedagogical activities.

To be able to effectively use modern information and communication technologies.

Duration of the work to be performed:

The duration of this work is 3 (three) months.

Payment amount:

The amount of payment for the work performed is determined by agreement between the parties and is paid to the applicant based on the results of the work performed.

Requirements: initiative, ability to work in harmony with the team, timely completion of assigned tasks.

Working hours: Working hours are based on agreement.

The applicant must personally apply to the Department of Ensuring Prosecutorial Powers in Courts of the Academy with a civil passport or ID card and submit the relevant documents (identity document, CV, diploma confirming higher education and its supplement, copy of employment record book, STIR certificate). After the submitted documents have been reviewed, an interview with the applicant may be conducted as part of the commission, if necessary.
