Results of the scientific and practical conference on "The State of Children's Rights in Uzbekistan: Challenges and Achievements"

The conference, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Day for Child Protection, took place at the Academy on May 30, 2023.

During the conference, various issues related to human rights, especially the rights of children and youth, were discussed. The focus was on the protection of children's rights, ensuring their well-being, combating violence against children, and promoting international standards in the field of child protection.

The event was attended by representatives from parliament, government institutions, educational institutions, as well as students of the Academy's Master's program in International Human Rights, professors, and doctoral students.

During the conference, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the representative of the Academy for the Protection of Children's Rights and the Academy for the Protection of Human Rights, aimed at strengthening mutual collaboration in ensuring the high level of protection and promotion of children's rights.
