A round table was held on the role of women in law enforcement agencies

At the Law Enforcement Academy, a roundtable discussion was held on the topic "Role of women in law enforcement agencies" with the participation of female undergraduate students of the Academy and experienced military servicemen and female officers serving in the systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This event was organized in order to form and develop the knowledge, skills and qualifications of female students in terms of professional training, to prepare them for future service activities, to increase their interest in service, and to increase their passion for their profession.

During the event, the guests explained the reforms implemented in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard systems, government decrees and decisions defining service activities, orders and other normative legal documents of the ministry and office, as well as their impressions not only during their service activities, rather, they shared their life experiences. Our female employees expressed their thoughts and opinions regarding the questions of our young people and the issues that interested them.
