Participation in an international scientific-practical conference dedicated to the criminalistic and procedural aspects of the search activity in criminal proceedings was held

 

Representatives of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan took part in an international scientific-practical conference on the topic "Criminalistic and procedural aspects of the search activity in criminal proceedings," organized by the Committee of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and the Academy of St. Petersburg.

During the conference, professors and teachers of specialized educational institutions of Belarus, the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, scientific staff and researchers, students, as well as law enforcement officials participated.

In the opening ceremony of the event, the Deputy Head of the Law Enforcement Academy the Republic of Uzbekistan, U.U. Nigmadjanov, participated with a congratulatory speech, emphasizing the current relevance of the conference topic, highlighting the importance of the interrelation between theory and practice in search activities in criminal proceedings.

Throughout the conference, the participants discussed the legal foundations, subjects, and objects of search activities, tactics of search and other procedural actions, algorithms of search activities from the initial search to its conclusion, aspects of cooperation between investigators and law enforcement agencies, as well as the possibilities of using ACT, internet resources, and social networks in the context of rapid investigation processes, and other related issues.
