Procedure for Admission to Second and Subsequent Higher Education at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan  

 

According to Clause 9 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 28, 2022, No. PF–257, and the Regulation on the Procedure for Obtaining Second and Subsequent Higher Education in Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 24, 2021, No. 606, based on the specifics of the educational directions of the bachelor's degree programs in higher educational institutions, second and subsequent higher education can be organized according to the existing directions and forms of education.

In accordance with Clause 5, the admission parameters for second and subsequent higher education are determined by the council of the higher educational institution, taking into account the scientific and pedagogical potential and the material and technical base.

In this regard, the protocol of the meeting of the Coordination and Supervisory Board of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 25, 2024, No. 2, defines the procedure for admission to second and subsequent higher education.

Starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, admission to second and subsequent higher education in the bachelor's direction "60420100 – Jurisprudence (Prosecutorial Activity)" in the correspondence form of education will commence.

Applicants wishing to obtain second and subsequent higher education need to register through the special electronic system of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations (ikkinchitalim.edu.uz).

Entrance exams are conducted in the form of test assessments on the subject "Jurisprudence" by the Agency for Knowledge and Qualifications Assessment under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations.

Additionally, all candidates are required to pay a fee for participating in the test assessments amounting to half of the basic calculation amount.

Moreover, education for second and subsequent higher education in the bachelor's direction "60420100 – Jurisprudence (Prosecutorial Activity)" in the correspondence form of education is carried out on a paid-contract basis.
