A training seminar on conflict of interest legislation was conducted

The Academy held another seminar to enhance legal literacy in the area of preventing corruption and avoiding conflicts of interest, with the participation of employees from the Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The seminar, organized in an online format, included participants from the central office and regional branches of the Agency.

The training was conducted by T. Safarov, a prosecutor from the Scientific and Educational Center for Anti-Corruption at the Academy. During the presentation, he explained the essence and significance of the new Law "On Conflicts of Interest", the limitations and prohibitions established for public servants, the measures of accountability for violations, and answered participants' questions of interest.
