An event aimed at combating corruption was organized at Inha University in Tashkent at the initiative of the Scientific-Practical Center for Combating Corruption. The event was attended by the leadership of Inha University, heads of departments, and responsible staff members.

The main goal of the event was to further improve anti-corruption measures within organizations, enhance the legal knowledge of employees, and prevent corruption-related crimes.

Bahrombekov, a prosecutor from the Scientific-Practical Center for Combating Corruption, delivered a lecture on the topic “Corruption and Related Types of Crimes, Their Consequences, and Identifying and Preventing Conflicts of Interest and Corruption Risks in Organizations.”

The lecture provided detailed information about the legal foundations of corruption-related crimes, their negative impact on society, and the consequences of conflicts of interest. Additionally, effective methods for identifying corruption risks within organizations and recommendations for their prevention were presented.

The importance of adhering to ethics and legislation in the process of identifying conflicts of interest and related crimes was emphasized, highlighting the necessity of ensuring transparency in every organization. The need to implement continuous monitoring and control systems for identifying and preventing corruption risks was also underscored.
