A training course for investigators of the Internal Affairs Bodies on the topic "Issues of Organizing Investigative Activities in Internal Affairs Bodies" was conducted

 

The Law Enforcement Academy organized an advanced training course for investigators of the Internal Affairs Bodies on the topic "Issues of Organizing Investigative Activities in Internal Affairs Bodies".

The course was held in a blended learning format, with the final part conducted in person at the Academy. During the training sessions, participants improved their skills in crime scene investigation, reviewed types of operational search activities, processes for collecting samples for examination, organizing pre-investigation checks, initiating criminal proceedings based on a victim’s complaint, and more.

In addition, the participants discussed various aspects of qualifying acts involving multiple crimes, issues related to organizing the use of operational search results in criminal proceedings, tactics for investigating human trafficking cases, and examined the essence and content of amendments and additions to criminal legislation aimed at further improving the system of reliable protection of the rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of women and children.
