Training seminars on the legislation regarding conflicts of interest continue

Based on the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to effectively organize the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Conflicts of Interest'," the Law Enforcement Academy has been conducting training sessions, including seminars and workshops, for state bodies and organizations to identify, eliminate, and prevent conflicts of interest.

The latest training seminar was organized for the staff of the Republican Center for Seismic Prognostic Monitoring under the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

At the seminar, held in a hybrid format, Prosecutor T. Safarov from the Anti-Corruption Scientific and Educational Center of the Academy explained the content and essence of the Law "On Conflicts of Interest," the prohibitions and restrictions imposed on civil servants, and the legal responsibilities provided for violating these rules. Detailed answers were also provided to the participants' questions.
