A seminar-training was organized with the participation of responsible employees of the notary chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan

A seminar-training was organized at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of responsible employees and experienced specialists from the Notary chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan – private notaries D. Gafurova and N. Meylieva, who operate in the Yakkasaray and Mirzo-Ulugbek districts.

Bachelor students of the Academy majoring in “Investigative activity” took part in the event, gaining the opportunity to learn more about the work of the Notary chamber.

During the seminar, current issues of civil law were discussed, in particular matters related to inheritance and succession, including inheritance by law and by will, acceptance of inheritance, as well as problems arising in law enforcement practice regarding inheritance procedures and possible solutions to these issues.

During the event, participants received detailed answers to their questions of interest.
