Under the leadership of the first deputy head of the Law enforcement academy, E.V. Kolenko, a working group has been formed to conduct educational and practical sessions on combating crime, countering corruption, and improving energy efficiency.
The working group is conducting a series of educational and practical sessions in various regions of the country.
For example, on April 16 of this year, the working group held a training seminar at the prosecutor’s office of the Kashkadarya region on the topic:
“Prosecutorial oversight of compliance with legislation on the use and expenditure of energy resources”.
The seminar was attended by the deputy regional prosecutor in charge of the relevant area, prosecutors’ office staff, district (city) prosecutors and their assistants responsible for the field.
During the training sessions, regulatory documents were reviewed in detail, along with the tasks, directives, and orders of the Prosecutor General related to ensuring prosecutorial oversight of the use and expenditure of energy resources. Particular attention was also given to key issues that should be considered during inspection activities.
Additionally, seminar participants were provided with guidance on the practical use of checklists for developing an energy balance, achieving performance indicators, and ensuring the implementation of energy‑saving programs.
Training and practical activities in this area are ongoing.
