With the aim of expanding cooperation in the field of education and scientific activities, establishing academic, scientific, and cultural ties, developing scientific potential, and ensuring high-quality professional training of specialists, a visit of representatives of the Academy to the Republic of Belarus was organized.
During the visit, the Academy representatives familiarized themselves with the activities of Yanka Kupala state university of Grodno, including academic mobility programs, educational initiatives, and research projects.
Meetings were held with the administration and academic staff of the faculty of law, and guided tours were organized to the university, the Center for patriotic education, and the student dormitory.
The representatives of the Academy also took part in the opening ceremony of the Interuniversity olympiad in legal sciences.
A meeting was also organized with students of the university from the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The outcome of the visit was the signing of a cooperation agreement, which creates conditions for the development of international collaboration and the exchange of experience between the parties.
In addition, the representatives of the Academy visited the Institute for advanced training and retraining of the Investigative committee of the Republic of Belarus. During the meeting, the training classrooms and their modern equipment, forensic technology, training grounds, and academic and scientific literature were demonstrated.
As a result of the meeting, prospective areas of cooperation were identified, aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of education and science, marking a new stage in relations. The parties agreed on adopting a joint cooperation program.
Overall, the visit to the Republic of Belarus is an important step in the development and strengthening of research and educational relationships.
