The working group led by the first deputy head of the Academy E.V. Kolenko organized mobile educational and practical trainings in the Surkhandarya region in connection with the enforcement of legislation on curbing crime, fighting corruption and increasing energy efficiency.

The event began with a training seminar on "Prosecutorial Supervision over the Implementation of Legislation on the Use and Consumption of Energy Resources," involving the leadership of regional prosecution bodies, department staff, and assistants to district (city) prosecutors responsible for the relevant field.

During the seminar, detailed information was provided on the tasks set for ensuring prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of energy usage legislation, and key issues that should be addressed during oversight activities.

The next training session focused on "Preventing and Combating Corruption, Including the Elimination of Everyday (Household) Corruption" for department staff of the regional prosecutor’s office and district (city) prosecutors. The session covered the types of household corruption occurring in daily life, preventive measures being taken, and the responsibilities assigned to prosecution bodies in this regard.

Continuing the training sessions, a seminar on "Creating a Safe Environment in Neighborhoods and Improving the Efficiency of the System for the Early Prevention of Offenses" was held with the participation of district (city) prosecutors and their sectoral deputies.

During this seminar, discussions were held on the new system for early crime prevention, daily analysis of the criminogenic situation in the region, the effective organization of prosecutorial supervision in this field, and the identification of latent crimes.

At the conclusion of the event, a practical training session on "The Procedure for Investigating Cybercrimes and Ensuring the Validity of Digital Evidence" was conducted for staff of the regional prosecution and internal affairs bodies, as well as district (city) investigators. Detailed answers were provided to participants’ questions.

The Academy continues to conduct systematic training and practical sessions in the regions on these pressing topics.
