As part of a series of spiritual and educational events held at the Academy in connection with May 9 – the Day of Remembrance and Honor, students and listeners participated in various activities.
With the aim of fostering a spirit of military patriotism, instilling a sense of love for the Motherland, and developing human values such as honoring one’s people, showing kindness and compassion, and expressing respect, a visit to the Glory and Honor Museum located in Victory Park was organized for first-year undergraduate students.
At the museum, the students were introduced to the glorious history of the Uzbek people during World War II, as well as the courage and heroism demonstrated by our nation both on the frontlines and on the home front.
This visit helped the youth to once again realize the immense value of today’s peace, clear skies, and tranquility, and to understand that protecting these blessings is a duty entrusted to each of us.
Such events are planned to be organized regularly and systematically to help students achieve the aforementioned goals.
