A professional development course on crime situation analysis was conducted

A specialized training course was organized at the Law Enforcement Academy for the heads of crime situation analysis departments of the Prosecutor's Offices of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the city of Tashkent, and the regions.

In the implementation of this professional development course—intended for leaders of divisions established under the corresponding Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan—not only the faculty of the Academy participated, but also staff from the Crime Situation Analysis Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office, specialists from the Ministry of Internal Affairs responsible for managing information systems containing crime-related data, and experts from the Scientific Research Institute of Criminology.

The attendees received instruction on the timely prevention of offenses and control of criminal activity, improving daily crime analysis practices, and organizing information and analytical work within the prosecution system. Detailed explanations were also provided on the use of electronic information systems such as “E-Social Prevention,” “E-Material,” “E-Administrative Case,” and “Electronic Criminal Law Statistics.”

In addition to lectures, practical sessions were organized, which helped reinforce the acquired knowledge and skills.
