Systematic and consistent efforts are ongoing to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-1 dated January 3, 2025, "On measures to create a safe environment in the neighborhoods of the republic in 2025 and to further increase the effectiveness of the system for the early prevention of offenses".
In particular, the Law Enforcement Academy is conducting the next round of scientific studies of the crime situation in neighborhoods, this time focusing on the Yashnobod district of Tashkent city. Special attention is being paid to curbing crime in the "Chulpon," "Yangiqorgon," "Boysun," "Jarkurgon," and "Uchchinor" neighborhoods of the district and to broadly involving neighborhood activists in strengthening public safety processes.
The conclusions and proposals developed by Academy specialists, based on the daily analysis of the criminogenic situation in these areas, are making a positive contribution to creating a safe environment in the neighborhoods and improving the efficiency of the offense prevention system.
As a result of the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the crime situation in each neighborhood categorized as "red" and "yellow" zones of the district, the specific characteristics of offenses are being assessed, and scientifically grounded proposals are being made for the introduction of a targeted prevention system.
Practical training sessions in these areas will continue systematically in the regions.
