The Law Enforcement Academy is consistently and systematically continuing its efforts aimed at implementing the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD–1 dated January 3, 2025, “On Measures to Create a Safe Environment in the Neighborhoods of the Republic in 2025 and Further Improve the Effectiveness of the System for the Early Prevention of Offenses”.
As part of this initiative, the Academy conducted another round of research based on a scientific approach into the crime situation in neighborhoods, focusing on the Mirobod district of Tashkent city. Special attention was given to curbing crime and actively involving neighborhood representatives in the process of strengthening public safety in the "Ming Urik," "Movarounnahr", and "Oybek" neighborhoods.
The conclusions and proposals developed by the Academy’s working group based on daily analysis of the criminogenic situation in the area are contributing positively to the creation of a safe environment and the enhancement of the effectiveness of the crime prevention system.
As a result of a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the crime situation in each neighborhood classified as “red” and “yellow” zones, the specific characteristics of offenses are being assessed, and scientifically grounded proposals are being developed to introduce a targeted prevention system.
Systematic work in this direction will continue consistently in the respective regions.
