The nomination process has officially begun for the Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other named state scholarships for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Students of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan are eligible to participate in the competitive selection for the following scholarships:
Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Alisher Navoi Scholarship
Islam Karimov Scholarship
When selecting candidates, the following criteria are taken into account: excellent academic performance, strong command of foreign languages, active participation in creative, public, and intellectual competitions, as well as engagement in cultural, educational, and community life.
Only students who have entered their final year of study are eligible to apply for the Presidential Scholarship.
Requirements for candidates for the Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1.Must be a final-year student;
2. Must have exclusively excellent grades in all academic modules throughout the previous period of study;
3. Must possess good knowledge of foreign languages and the history of Uzbekistan;
4. Must have at least two published articles related to their field of study in recognized and officially registered newspapers or journals;
5.Must participate in conferences or competitions related to their specialization.
Key requirements for participation in the competition for the Alisher Navoi and Islam Karimov Scholarships:
1. Only students who have advanced to senior years may participate (2nd–3rd year for the Investigative Activity program, 3rd–4th year for the Prosecutorial Activity program);
2. Must have exclusively excellent grades in all academic modules (no more than 25% of “good” grades are allowed) and be engaged in scientific or creative activities (special attention is given to the publication of articles in reputable and officially registered journals);
3. Must participate in conferences or competitions related to their specialization;
4. Must demonstrate proficiency in foreign languages and a good knowledge of the history of Uzbekistan.
List of required documents:
1. Certificate of enrollment;
2. GPA transcript (must show exclusively excellent grades in all modules);
3. Recommendation from the faculty and department;
4. Recommendation from a scientific (or creative) supervisor;
5. List of scientific (or creative) works (at least 2 on legal topics) and their printed copies;
6. Copies or originals of documents (diplomas, certificates) confirming participation in conferences or competitions in the field of law;
7. Copies or originals of documents confirming participation or victory in other prestigious competitions (diplomas, certificates).
All documents must be submitted electronically via the One ID system, as well as to the department for youth affairs, spirituality, and enlightenment of the Academy by July 25, 2025.
The file name of the electronic submission must include the following information: the name of the scholarship (Presidential or Named State), the candidate’s last name, first name, patronymic, faculty, bachelor’s program, year of study, and group.
