A seminar on the topic “Early prevention of offenses among students” was held at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The event was organized as part of the ongoing national measures aimed at ensuring peace and stability, addressing social and domestic issues leading to offenses through a system of social prevention, and fostering a sense of personal security among the population.
The seminar was chaired by deputy head of the Academy Sh.B. Mustafayev and attended by head of the youth affairs department of the public security department of the Ministry of internal affairs Z.U. Fayzullayev, deputy head of the main department of internal affairs of Tashkent city Sh.A. Normatova, as well as senior prevention inspectors and inspectors for women’s affairs assigned to higher educational institutions in Tashkent.
During the seminar, open discussions were held on measures to prevent youth crime, the criminological aspects of offenses, and the mechanisms for their restraint and prevention.
At the conclusion of the event, the parents of prevention inspectors and inspectors for women’s affairs who had demonstrated exemplary service were presented with letters of appreciation and valuable gifts.
