Participation in the international scientific and practical conference in Minsk


A representative of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan took part in the III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Forensic Activity and the Role and Importance of Forensic Examination in Ensuring National Security," organized by the State Committee for Forensic Examination of the Republic of Belarus in Minsk.

The conference was attended by representatives of the State Committee for Forensic Expertise of the Republic of Belarus, the State Secretariat of the Security Council, the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Investigative Committee, and other government bodies, as well as representatives of the scientific and expert community of Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

At the plenary session, the head of the department of the Research Institute of Digital Forensics of the Law Enforcement Academy, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor L.Yu.Yugay made a report on the topic "Development of Digital Forensics in the Republic of Uzbekistan."

During the conference, the digitalization of forensic examination, the use of digital forensic methods, staffing, and other pressing issues of forensic expertise were discussed.

This conference will serve the exchange of views, the exchange of best practices, as well as the development of international cooperation in this area.
