The educational process has begun within the framework of the joint bachelor's degree program, implemented jointly by the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Grodno State University named after Yanka Kupala of the Republic of Belarus.
Students who successfully passed the entrance exams began their studies at one of the leading higher educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus - Grodno State University named after Yanka Kupala (GrDU).
On the occasion of the start of the academic year, the rector of the university, Irina Fedorovna Kiturko, held a meeting with students of the Law Enforcement Academy. During the conversation, the rector spoke about the history and traditions of the university, the educational opportunities created for students, opportunities for scientific research and personal development, and called on young people to be active, responsible, and strive for knowledge.
The Chairman of the Public Council under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulhay Pattayevich Kahharov, also participated in the event and, conveying sincere greetings and best wishes from the leadership of the Academy, emphasized the importance of the joint program in strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the scientific and educational spheres.
The joint educational program is four-year, with the first two years (semesters 1-4) based at Grodno State University, and the next two years (semesters 5-8) at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The educational process is organized in full-time, in Russian, and on a paid-contract basis.
The academy team wishes students success, perseverance, and inspiration in their studies and wishes them high results in their future professional activities.
