Visit of the delegation of the National Committee of the United Arab Emirates

A delegation led by Hamad Al-Zaabi, Deputy chairman and Secretary general of the National committee of the United Arab Emirates for combating money laundering, terrorist financing, and financing of illegal organizations, paid a visit to the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the delegation became acquainted with the main areas of the Academy’s activities, its structural divisions, and the system of training, retraining, and professional development for prosecutors and investigators. They also learned about the organization of the scientific and educational processes.

In addition, the delegation was introduced to the Academy’s modern educational infrastructure aimed at developing practical skills, as well as to the advanced technologies used in the educational process. The guests observed the work of the legal clinic, attended practical training sessions conducted at the forensic training ground, laboratories, mock courtroom, and other specialized training facilities. They also familiarized themselves with the operation of the information and resource center.

The Academy’s integrated approach, which combines science, education, and practice, attracted great interest from the guests.
