Participation in the V Tashkent Anti-Corruption Forum


On October 22-23 of this year, the leadership, staff, students, and students of the Academy took part in the work of the V Tashkent Anti-Corruption Forum.

At the forum's session "Anti-Corruption Education: Strategies for Increasing Effectiveness and Awareness," presentations were made by the head of the International Anti-Corruption Academy, S. Taseva; the deputy director of the Special Investigative Service of Lithuania, E. Radzevičius; the first deputy head of the Law Enforcement Academy, E.V. Kolenko; the advisor on anti-corruption issues of the UNODC, V. Kozin; the chief inspector-commissar of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs of Germany, I. Zorgatz; and the deputy director of the Operations Department of the Hong Kong Independent Anti-Corruption Commission, Chi-Kong Tang.

In his report, the First Deputy Head of the Academy, E.V. Kolenko, made a presentation on the activities carried out by the Academy in the field of anti-corruption science and education, including the results of special training programs and training organized through the electronic platform "Virtual Anti-Corruption Academy" for the population, youth, and civil servants, and put forward proposals for further cooperation with international and foreign organizations participating in the Forum session.

Students and independent researchers of the Academy took an active part in this session and received detailed answers to their questions from specialists in the field.
