At the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a scientific seminar was held on the topic “Rule of law – inevitability of punishment.”

The event was aimed at an in-depth discussion of the theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring the rule of law, the role of the inevitability of punishment in strengthening law and order, as well as developing proposals to maintain a balance between the inevitability of responsibility and the protection of human rights and freedoms.

During the seminar, undergraduate students, master’s students, and doctoral candidates of the Academy presented their research papers, which examined pressing issues related to improving law enforcement practices, preventing crime, and strengthening the principles of justice. Participants also shared scientific ideas and recommendations aimed at further enhancing the effectiveness of the legal system.

Such scientific events contribute to the development of analytical thinking among future lawyers, foster a deep understanding of the principle of the rule of law, and encourage research activity within the academic community.

At the conclusion of the seminar, the most active participants who presented meaningful and well-reasoned reports were awarded certificates of appreciation and commemorative gifts.
