The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan has published a collection of materials from the republican scientific and practical conference "Prospects for the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Judicial Proceedings."

The collection includes scientific articles and theses on the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into judicial activity, the legal aspects of their application, international experience, and modern trends in this area.

Also, special attention is paid to the issues of the legal basis for the use of artificial intelligence in court proceedings, automation of document flow and digitalization of legal analysis, the introduction of electronic court proceedings, and the possibilities of intelligent auxiliary systems.

The collection highlights the experience of foreign countries in using artificial intelligence in making court decisions, risks that may arise in the process of ensuring information security in judicial practice and digitalization of the judicial and legal system, as well as measures to prevent them.

The publication contains scientific articles and abstracts by representatives of state bodies and institutions operating in the field of science and education, employees of organizations related to legal science and law enforcement practice, leading legal scholars of our country, professors, doctoral students, masters, independent researchers, and young researchers.
