The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces a competition for the position of methodological supervisor (consultant) in order to increase the effectiveness of the educational process, introduce modern pedagogical methods, and improve the digital system of education quality control.

The specialist analyzes the lesson process, assesses the activities of teachers, assists in the development of methodological skills, and participates in the internal digital system for monitoring the quality of education.

Main tasks of the methodological supervisor (consultant):

Attend and observe classes in English and other subjects;

Analysis of the structure of the lesson, teaching methods, interaction between the teacher and students, as well as student activity;

Assessment of the compliance of lessons with state educational standards;

Preparation of recommendations and reports based on CELTA, TESOL and other international methodological criteria;

Providing methodological assistance to the teaching staff;

Systematization of observation results and maintenance of an analytical database;

Participation in the development of a digital education quality control system;

organization of internal trainings and seminars for Academy employees;

Consulting on the implementation of modern pedagogical and digital technologies;

Improvement of curricula and methodological materials;

Participation in the Academy's Internal Education Quality Assessment System (IQAS);

preparation of materials on methodological activities for the official website of the Academy;

High-quality execution of the instructions of the Academy's management within the established timeframe.

Requirements for the candidate:

Higher education (in the field of pedagogy, philology or methodology);

At least 2 years of teaching or methodological work experience;

It is preferable to have CELTA, TESOL or similar international certificates;

Good knowledge of Uzbek and English, knowledge of Russian is preferred;

Skills of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork.

Working conditions:

Term - 1 (one) month, if necessary, the contract may be extended;

The amount of wages is determined by agreement of the parties and is determined based on the results of the work performed;

5-day work week, 8-hour workday.

Procedure for submitting documents:

Candidates personally submit documents to the Personnel Department of the Academy:

Copy of passport or ID-card;

resume (objective);

a copy of the diploma of higher education and the appendix;

a copy of the work record book (if any);

TIN certificate.

After reviewing the submitted documents, if necessary, the Academy Commission conducts an interview with the candidate.
