Anti-corruption education is one of the important areas of activity of the Academy and is aimed at raising the legal culture of young people, forming in future specialists a deep understanding of the nature of corruption offenses, strengthening awareness of preventive measures, and fostering an uncompromising attitude towards any manifestation of corruption.
To this end, Professor Evgeny Kolenko, First Deputy Head of the Academy, delivered a lecture at Westminster International University in Tashkent on anti-corruption policy issues and modern approaches to ensuring integrity in public administration.
During the report, global trends in the development of anti-corruption mechanisms, international standards, and effective legal instruments for preventing corruption were comprehensively highlighted. Special attention was also paid to the issues of strengthening institutional approaches, openness and transparency, introducing compliance systems, and improving internal control mechanisms.
This event served to broaden the professional horizons of the participants, increase their legal awareness and legal culture.
The lecture is an important step towards strengthening cooperation between the Academy and leading higher educational institutions of our country and will serve to strengthen anti-corruption culture among young people and educate a new generation of specialists based on the values of honesty.
