A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Law Enforcement Academy and Group-IB Global Private Limited

Within the framework of the international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 3rd anniversary of the establishment of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a meeting was held with representatives of Group-IB Global Private Limited, one of the world's leading organizations in the field of cybersecurity. Within the framework of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the parties.

The main goal of this memorandum is to develop effective cooperation between the parties in the field of digital forensics, improve methods for investigating crimes committed using information and communication technologies, and strengthen scientific and technical potential.

Within the framework of the document, the parties agreed to implement joint research projects on the application of modern solutions in solving crimes committed using information technologies, optimizing the processes of working with digital evidence, as well as cybersecurity. It is also planned to organize master classes and trainings for students and faculty of the Academy with the participation of Group-IB specialists.

During the event, it was noted that this cooperation will serve as an important step in further improving the system of combating cybercrime in Uzbekistan, introducing advanced international experience and innovative technologies into investigative practice.
