Academy Improves Its Position in the GreenMetric World University Rankings 2025

The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan ranked 675th in the international UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2025. This year, the ranking included 1,745 universities from 105 countries, making it one of the largest global platforms for assessing sustainability in higher education.

UI GreenMetric evaluates universities across six areas-from infrastructure and energy use to waste management, water resources, transportation, and sustainability education. Its purpose is to show what environmental practices universities implement and how they demonstrate responsibility toward society and the environment.

The Academy’s advancement to the 675th position reflects its continuous work to improve environmental policies, expand energy and water efficiency measures, enhance waste recycling systems, and develop a more sustainable campus environment.

The Academy will continue strengthening its efforts in this field and aims to further improve its standing in international sustainability rankings.
