Cyber law and the challenges of the digital era: a collection of academic materials published by the Academy


The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan has published the proceedings of the scientific and practical conference entitled 
“Cyber law: problems and prospects for development”.

This collection is dedicated to pressing issues of combating cybercrime, ensuring legal protection in the digital environment, and strengthening the legal foundations of cybersecurity. The publication includes more than 30 academic articles prepared by the Academy’s faculty members, doctoral candidates, and practicing professionals.

The collection examines the criminological characteristics of cybercrime, legal aspects of working with digital evidence, issues related to the application of artificial intelligence in law enforcement practice, as well as international experience and national legislation in the field of cybersecurity. In addition, other topical problems across various branches of legal science are analyzed, and accumulated scientific and practical experience in these areas is summarized.

This publication represents a significant scientific and practical resource for employees of the prosecution service, internal affairs bodies, and the judicial and legal system, as well as for faculty members and students of higher educational institutions.
